LD Clerk 2014 Shortlist

LDC shortlist will publish by Kerala PSC in the mid of October 2014. Previous decision was to publish them on September 15, and then PSC postponed it to September 30. But KPSC could not make it practical because on September 30 the lists of all the districts had not completed. Now also some of the lists are preparing by the related PSC offices. So the new information from KPSC is the decision is that the new LD clerk shortlists will publish in 2014 October.

This time PSC planning to publish whole, 14 LDC shortlists at same day. It may be in between October 10 and 20. PSC will include all eligible and qualified candidates in these shortlists. The cut off marks of LDC exam will be on the basis of toughness of the question paper, performance of the candidates, the number of candidates which planned by PSC to include in the rank list. It will be according to the future vacancies of LD clerk post in various departments of government of Kerala. 

The certificate verification of the shortlisted candidates of LDC lists will complete within 3 months soon after the publishing of the 14 shortlist of different districts of Kerala. The certificate verification will be in the months of November, December and January. The details of the certificate verification procedures place and date will announce by Kerala PSC with (or in near future) the shortlist. If the PSC officers will find out anything wrong with any shortlisted candidate, he will reject and will not get a rank in LDC rank list 2015. If the candidate may face with any spelling error or anything like that in the documents PSC will give a particular time to correct this. 

The present information from KPSC is that the rank list of LD clerk exam will publish on March 31, 2015.

Kerala PSC Advice Memo

The advice memo for appointment means the process of advising a rank holder who has a rank in the PSC list to a reported vacancy to KPSC. This advising process is according to the KS and SSR - 14 to 17 acts. Before sending the advice memos PSC would estimate the reported vacancies from various departments for a particular posts. If there are 20 vacancies it will make into a unit of 20. From those 20 vacancies 10 will go for OC (open competition) and next 10 for BC (backward class). If the number of vacancies is below 20, 50% of the number will go for the OC candidates and other 50% will be for the reserved candidates. One Time Registration: Doubts and Answers

Kerala PSC introduced One time registration process in 2012. All the candidates can write a PSC examination only after completing the one time registration. After the successful completion of the registration through the PSC website the candidates would get a user ID and pass word. We can make our own password and User ID.
