Assistant Grade 2
Assistant grade 2 examination is a major test held by Kerala PSC. This post is similar to the LD clerk post in government department. PSC conducts this examination to select qualified candidates for the assistant grade 2 post of government owned company/board/corporations. Kerala PSC usually conducts this test separately to Beverages corporation and housing board.
Assistant Grade 2 Notification:
PSC would call for the assistant grade 2 notification about in an interval of 3-5 years. The last notification of assistant grade 2 was in 2012. There is a chance to notify new application in the last months of 2015. The notification will publish by Kerala PSC through their official website. Candidates can also get information about it from various weeklies like Thozhilveedhi or Thozhilvartha and through the sites like www.keralastatepsc.com.

Salary for this post as per the norms of various companies/corporations/boards those are owned by the Government.
Qualification to Apply:
The candidates who are preparing for assistant grade 2 test should pass any degree examination from any recognized universities of Kerala.
Way of Examination:
KPSC will declare the examination date and details include the centre of test, time etc... at the time of publication of hall ticket. The candidates who are waiting for attending the assistant grade 2 exam should download the hall ticket which contains the photograph of the applicant and take a print out of the same in A4 size. All the candidates should submit this printed copy of the hall ticket in the exam hall before the invigilator.
PSC conducts objective type of examination for selecting the assistant grade 2 employees for different companies/corporations/boards in Kerala. The candidates should answer 100 questions. The answer sheets should be OMR type. PSC will award 1 mark to each right answer. The candidates will lose 0.33 marks for each wrong answer. The candidates should bubble the proper answers in the right order in the OMR answer sheets.
KPSC will publish the answer key of the exams like assistant grade 2 in the website. The candidates can examine these answers. If anyone has complaints with regard to those answers can send to the PSC. They will consider them and do corrections if needed. After this a new, final answer key will publish by KPSC in the website.
After all the essential procedures PSC will publish the probability list. The assistant grade 2 examination is state wide selection test. So the vacancies will estimate in state wise. All the companies/boards/corporations will report the number of vacancies to KPSC. Then PSC will send the advice memo to the rank holders according to the rotation chart by giving suitable reservation for all categories. Within 3 months after advice he candidates would get job of assistant grade 2 in any company/board/corporation and the candidates should do their duties as a government employee.

General Knowledge- Indian History - Indian Geography - World History- World Geography- Kerala History- Kerala Geography- Agriculture- Literature- Cinema- Awards- Sports- IT
General Science- Physics, Chemistry, Biology
English - Vocabulary, Grammar
Malayalam- Grammar, Vocabulary
Mathematics- Arithmetic Problems - Mental Ability
The questions in assistant grade 2 question paper will be in a standard level because the candidates are graduates. A deep study is essential for achieving good score in the examination. The candidates must be familiar with the previous questions and answers of old assistant grade 2 exams.
