Kerala PSC New Information

LDC Probability List Published:


KPSC published the LDC probability list on October 30, 2014. There are 26, 000 candidates included in the LDC list. After the publishing of the LDC list PSC will give chance to the candidates to upload their certificates. It should be done to their personal profile of KPSC one time registration. The certificate on verification will be on November 27.

For the LDC certificate verification preparations will make in all the district PSC offices. The PSC employees and officers will get training for this from November 15 at Ernakulam. All the candidates should present with original certificates on time for certificate verification. It will last till February, 2015. The verification for x-servicemen and sportsmen will do simultaneously. PSC informed that after the allowed period for verification, the listed candidates can not attend another verification process due to their absence on time. 

First PSC e-office in Kasaragod: 


Kasaragode PSC office changed into e-office. The service from here will became computerized. This is the part of computerization of all the central, districts offices. This will be a foot print which lead to the practice of e-governance in Kerala PSC. This is a system which can centralized the processes of all the PSC offices in Kerala.

HSST Computer Science Rank List:


Kerala PSC started the procedures of renew the HSST computer science rank list. This modification of computer science HSST rank list is due to the inclusion of graduates instead of post graduates in the rank list. Almost 350 candidates who have only graduation in computer science went out of the rank list. KPSC gave chance for them to prove their qualification. After the examination of their certificates PSC had decided to cancel the first HSST computer science rank list and renew it. In the new list 388 new candidates got place instead of the graduated candidates. PSC is completing certificate verification for these 388 new people. After the completion of this process the rank list will renew and republish by PSC.

Kerala PSC Advice Memo

The advice memo for appointment means the process of advising a rank holder who has a rank in the PSC list to a reported vacancy to KPSC. This advising process is according to the KS and SSR - 14 to 17 acts. Before sending the advice memos PSC would estimate the reported vacancies from various departments for a particular posts. If there are 20 vacancies it will make into a unit of 20. From those 20 vacancies 10 will go for OC (open competition) and next 10 for BC (backward class). If the number of vacancies is below 20, 50% of the number will go for the OC candidates and other 50% will be for the reserved candidates. One Time Registration: Doubts and Answers

Kerala PSC introduced One time registration process in 2012. All the candidates can write a PSC examination only after completing the one time registration. After the successful completion of the registration through the PSC website the candidates would get a user ID and pass word. We can make our own password and User ID. By using these one can enter into his profile in the Kerala PSC site and know about the notifications, announcements, probability list, short list ....The candidates can submit their online application for different PSC tests through this profile.
