KPSC Started Staff Nurse Certificate Verification: Tips for Candidates

Kerala PSC started the one time registration certificate verification of staff nurse grade 2 (Category No: 68/2013) on 2014 December 26. The verification process is conduct at the PSC district offices. It will end on January 5, 2015. 

The important things to remember before the certificate verification:

  • Upload the scanned copies) (in jpeg format of the original certificates to the one time registration profile of the candidate.
  • The candidate will not get any other chance to upload or correct any mistake while uploading.
  • The application of the absent candidate will reject by KPSC. The information about that will not send through the postal service.
  • The uploading certificates should show that the candidate had attained the qualification before the notification date or before the last date for application.
  • The candidates have to upload the scanned copies (JPEG format) of the following certificates.

  1. SSLC certificate
  2. Mark list and certificate of Plus Two/Pre degree/VHSE.
  3. Mark list of B.Sc Nursing Last year/last semester
  4. Original certificate and provisional certificate of B.Sc Nursing from the University
  5. General Nursing and Midwifery Course certificate
  6. The certificate which shows the duration of General nursing and midwifery course from studied institution.
  7. Registration Certificate from Kerala Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  8. The recognized certificate from PSC that shows addition of qualification in profile.
  9. Suitable certificates for caste reservation.
  10. Certificate of X service men.
  11. Certificate which shows the disability for PH candidates.
  12. Letter from the head officer for existing central/state government employees.
  13. Certificate to show the right for grace mark.
  14. If there is any difference in the name or address in the application and uploaded certificate the candidates have to produce the one and same certificate and also upload the scanned copy of that to profile.
The place and date of the one time certificate verification had published in the PSC website. If there will be any change in the time schedule there will be news in the different medias.

Kerala PSC Advice Memo
