Kerala PSC News About Notification, Exam, Ranklist and Physical Test

Sub Inspector (SI) short list includes 647 Women Candidates:


The Si short list (civil police cadre) includes 647 women candidates. PSC had included 1003 candidates in the main list and 881 candidates in the supplementary list; that is totally 1884 rank holders. Among them 647 are females. The number of the males is 1237.

SI Physical Test for the Female candidates:



Kerala PSC decided to hold the SI physical test for the short listed female candidates. The details will send through SMS to the registered mobile phones of them. The test will conduct on December 30 and 31 in Ernakulam, Trivandrum , Kollam and Kozhikode.

Secretariat Last Grade: Suggestion Rejected by PSC.



The request of Kerala Government to form the secretariat last grade post was rejected by KPSC. Government also had required fixing a high salary and status for the secretariat last grade post. According to Kerala PSC, the permission to start the special post in the secretariat at last grade level will be a partiality to some people. So PSC decide to reject that request.


Fingerprint Assistant Rank List: Main List Includes 100 Candidates:


Kerala Public Service Commission informed that the fingerprint assistant in Police Department (Fingerprint Bureau) rank list will contain 100 candidates in the main list. There will be a supplementary list also with a proportional number of candidates.

KPSC Published HSST Chemistry Rank List:


Kerala PSC published the HSST Chemistry (Higher Secondary Education) rank list on 23- 12- 2014. The main list contains 647 candidates and there is supplementary list also.

Kerala PSC Advice Memo
