Higher Secondary Lab Assistant: Order from Kerala State Government


Kerala Government ordered to declare the probation of 3000 HSE lab assistants and to give increment for them. They were in a great problem due to the delay of PSC exam for that post. According to this new order, the lab assistants who were appointed through direct recruitment and by transfer from 2003 March 28 will get consideration in lab attender test.

The lab assistants in the aided schools achieved the right for increment and they could complete the probation period with the help of court order. The court ordered that due to the lag of PSC to hold the test. But government school lab assistants did not get the positive reply. They were waiting for an order from the authority.



There is a rule that the lab attender's  test should conduct annually. But PSC had not conducted that test after 2010. In between 1995 and 2010, there were only 2 test had been conducted. It leads to the incomplete probation of the Higher secondary school lab assistants and they did not get any increment in their service.

By this new government order those 3000 lad assistants in the government plus two schools got a positive energy and they can enjoy the full benefits of their job.

Kerala PSC Advice Memo

The advice memo for appointment means the process of advising a rank holder who has a rank in the PSC list to a reported vacancy to KPSC. One Time Registration: Doubts and Answers

Kerala PSC introduced One time registration process in 2012. All the candidates can write a PSC examination only after completing the one time registration. After the successful completion of the registration through the PSC website the candidates would get a user ID and pass word. We can make our own password and User ID.
