Kerala PSC One Time Verification: Tips for PSC Aspirants



Kerala Public Service Commission doing one time verification process for listed candidates in the probability lists. If you complete this once, your qualifications would registered and verified in PSC. The candidates should consider the following points before PSC's one time verification process.



How To Do KPSC One Time Verification?

  • PSC applicants should enter their educational qualification details and special rights (physical disability, sports, work experience, age relaxation, reservation, ex-service men, NCC etc..) in the time of sending application itself.
  • It is punishable to do more than one registration.
  • Enter your name, date of birth and name of parents as in S.S.L.C book. Upload S.S.L.C/10th class certificate for the proof of date of birth. If you have not the S.S.L.C book, you can upload school admission register extract/transfer certificate.
  • Ex-service men can submit their discharge certificate as the proof of date of birth. 
  • Take care to upload enough sized signature to the PSC site.
  • The uploading photograph should be as per PSC's demands.
  • The ID proof for permanent address or permanent communication should upload and original should submit. If this address is different from that of voter's ID or other ID cards, you must submit the one and same certificate from village office. 
  • The images of uploading certificates should be clear. They should include seal, sign of authority and certificate number clearly.
  • You should enter accurate fractional percentage of your academic mark. For example, if you got 599 marks out of 1000, you must enter 59.9%. Don't round off the percentage.
  • OBC candidates should upload non-creamy layer certificate. This should contain the name, post and sign of the officer who issued it and the office seal.
  • This non creamy layer certificate has validity of only one year. For renewing it you must upload a new one; enter new number, date and other details in non creamy layer certificate field of general certificate link.  
  • Manual community certificate should be in the particular form that given in KPSC website.
  • The date on which the candidate attains the particular qualification must be same with that on the certificate. Date of examination will not consider.
  • If there is no way to calculate the percentage with the consolidated certificate, you must upload the percentage conversion table.
  • If you qualified from the university in other states, an equivalent certificate is needed.
  • PSC demands a qualification that achieved through a regular course, transfer certificate or course certificate from the institution with qualification certificates.
