Kerala PSC LD Typist Examination: Qualification SSLC

Public Service Commission of Kerala decided to publish the notification of Lower Division Typist (LD Typist) by setting the qualification into SSLC. This is a modified KPSC notification by avoiding the demand of plus two pass for LD Typist. The circular which demands the LD typist qualification as plus 2 had frozen by Kerala government. On the basis of that action, PSC took this new decision. The previous notification for LD typist exam published on September 10, 2014. Many candidates who have plus 2 and additional needed qualifications had applied for that test. Those candidates should not apply again. Those who have SSLC and who couldn't apply at the time of September LD typist notification can apply for the exam now.

Kerala PSC Advice Memo

The advice memo for appointment means the process of advising a rank holder who has a rank in the PSC list to a reported vacancy to KPSC. This advising process is according to the KS and SSR - 14 to 17 acts. Before sending the advice memos PSC would estimate the reported vacancies from various departments for a particular posts. If there are 20 vacancies it will make into a unit of 20. From those 20 vacancies 10 will go for OC (open competition) and next 10 for BC (backward class).
